What times can I book service for?
Our appointment times are Monday through Sunday, from 8am – 7pm. You can pick a day and time by using our booking form here. We’ll try to accommodate you as best as we can. Keep in mind initial pickups are usually done starting around 5pm to ensure we have enough uninterrupted time to be able to complete the pickup.
Who brings the supplies?
We do! We will supply all disposal equipment as needed. If you have specific requests, please let us know.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by credit/debit cards through our online booking system.
How much will it cost to de-poop my lawn?
For recurring services, we charge a flat monthly rate based on how often we come. This means we stay until the job is done — don’t worry about calculating how many hours it will take. For one-time pickups, we use an hourly rate. One-time pickups can vary a lot in time based on the number of dogs, terrain, and other factors, but on average, they tend to take somewhere between 45 – 90 minutes. One-time pickups do have a 1 hour minimum charge. For more information, visit our pricing page.
How do I schedule recurring service?
You can book recurring service with us using our booking form. Other than a one-time pickup, all of our services are recurring and billed monthly.
I just booked. What happens next?
First, you’ll receive an email with your booking information along with a link which you can use to maintain your booking. We’ll get in touch with you to confirm the booking and time and make any adjustments as needed. You won’t be charged until after the first service is completed. We’ll show up at the determined date/time and give your yard the PoopNinjas treatment! You just sit back and enjoy your poop-free yard!
